Joey served on staff with the Baptist College Ministry at the Naval Academy for several years before being commissioned with a team to plant Citizens Church. He graduated with a Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2017 and graduated with his Doctoral degree in Biblical Theology from Southern Seminary in 2021. He is the husband of Rebekah and father of Harper and Nora. Joey works full-time for Citizens Church.

Carter currently serves on staff with the Baptist College Ministry at the Naval Academy while also serving as a pastor at Citizens Church. Carter trained under the leadership at Citizens Church before being voted in as pastor by the congregation in August 2022. He is currently pusuing a Masters Degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the husband of Katie and father of Cam and Charlotte.

Andrew is a lay pastor, serving at Citizens Church while also working for NASA. Andrew also trained under the leadership at Citizens Church before being voted in as pastor by the congregation in August 2022. Andrew is the husband of Natalie and father of Zoe and Joshua.
